Which MetaTrader versions are supported?

Both MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and MetaTrader 5 (MT5) are fully supported. Your server comes with your chosen platform pre-installed and configured. If you need both installed simultaneously, that's supported as well — the server has enough resources to handle multiple terminal instances.

How do I connect to my server?

You connect via Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP), which is built into every Windows computer and available as a free app on Mac, iOS, and Android. We provide your login credentials after provisioning. You'll have full desktop access to your server — just like sitting in front of a Windows computer, from anywhere in the world.

How quickly is my server provisioned?

Most servers are provisioned and ready within a few hours of payment. Yearly plan subscribers receive priority provisioning. You'll receive an email with your server IP address, login credentials, and a quick-start guide as soon as your server is live.

What happens if the server goes down?

Our infrastructure is built with redundant power, network, and storage systems. In the rare event of a hardware failure, automatic failover systems restore your server quickly. Every plan includes a mandatory annual renewal fee billed separately each year to keep your server infrastructure active. Level 1: $297/yr, Level 2: $597/yr, Level 3: $1,497/yr. Your monthly subscription covers ongoing service, and the annual renewal covers infrastructure maintenance and uptime guarantees. There are no surprise charges — both costs are clearly displayed before checkout.
